Storing bulk Wheat NEW
by: PRWhitener

One method that I have used to store bulk wheat berries is with dry ice. Get a chunk of dry ice, carefully wrap it in paper towel, and put it in a 5 gallon bucket. Don't let it touch your skin. Put the lid on loosely, after the ice evaporates then seal the lid. The CO2 is heavier than air and will fill the bucket.
